Subject : Herassment from Recovery team Respected, This is to inform you that, I am Mr. Bharat Ratan Chavan. Personal loan Holder of Your Credit Company. My Personal Loan Account No. is [protected] My Personal Loan EMI amount Rs. 7877.00 Not Deducted From my HDFC Account from last Two month i.e. November & December 2015. I Already maintained Required balance of Personal Loan EMI in my HDFC Bank during that EMI date Period ( Last 5 months HDFC Bank statement attached for Reference). So i am not going to pay any extra charges / late payment penalty. From 2 month your executive came to collect EMI Amount and i paid my EMI Amount Regular. But today dt. 25.12.2015 i Received a call from your recovery lady agent and she was using abusing language and shouting loudly and harassed /tortured me About My CBIL Record and Late payment/Penalty charges. Could you please take action on it ? this total harassment since i have been tortured by mobile without my any faulty. Otherwise i will take this in consumer forum.
