Fullerton India — Not giving NOC | |||
My Name is Joginder Kumar. I bought a new HERO SPLENDOR PLUS bike from Yuva Motors Pvt. Ltd. Faridabad as on 10th June 2015. I financed this bike from Fullerton India Ltd. with 24 monthly ECS. I have paid my last and final EMI as on 3rd July 2015. But still they are not providing me the NOC again my Two Wheeler Loan A/c No. [protected]. I called in Fullerton India Ltd. customer care executive a lots of time but they are advising me to go to the nearest branch of Fullerton India Ltd. and after paying 285/- I can get NOC against my Loan. But my question is this. If they did their job properly and provide me the NOC. Then why i need to go to the nearest branch of their Co. And why I should pay 285/- I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
