Fullerton India — Unethical Behaviour | |||
I had subscribed to a personal loan from Fullerton India in March 2013, the repayment for which started in August 2013. I have been clearing all payments on time without any interruption. As I am a salaried professional, I had switched to a new company in June 2015. Due to new company and processes, I wasn't able to maintain minimum balance for July and August 2015, for which Fullerton had asked to pay bounce charges. As I had a clean record earlier and also currently except these two months, I had put in a request to waive off the charges. I was told to contact the customer care, which I did and I was a issued a service request number[protected]. I am yet to receive a response on this request number. Today, I got a call from a Fullerton female employee named Pooja from no.[protected]. She enquired about my bounce charges and when I explained her the above situation, she bluntly said that I must pay the charges. When I asked her to check her tone, she claimed that I was behaving rudely and I must check my attitude before talking to her. This is complete harassment and unethical behaviour, which is unacceptable. I call for strict action against the caller. Was this information helpful? | |||
