Fun Cinemas — Ac not working

Watching movie at Fun cinem in city mall screen 1 "Narsimha movie " . Air conditioner is not working. They are stealing user facility inspite of high price tickets. We all are visiting here for some pleasent time but experience is not up to the mark. Kindly take necessary action ao that it never again happened.
