The items were not usable and the replacement request was not fulfilled. Furlenco customer support made me pay for all the months as they promised to give a credit note. Since they did not replace, I returned it. Now they are asking me to pay for the later return request for a broken item.
On the other hand, the credit amount is very less. they are offering me 2-3 thousand whereas I paid them 7-8 thousand even when the items were unusable.
Customer support is worst. Very bad service. I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years.
For those who are planning to buy or rent, please do not get fooled by Furlenco. Do not use their service. Its a trap! This is a genuine feedback.
