I ended my subscription of rental furniture earlier than the end date, from Furlenco and scheduled the pick up on 5th October 2023. The company Furlenco kept delaying the pick up and even after multiple mails and Calls to their customer support and chats, they furniture is still not picked up. Now after 2 months they are asking to pick up. For 2 months they have caused me mental trauma and harassment as I had to beg my owner to keep the furniture safe and kept extending the date.I left the apartment on 30th September but my owner kept calling me to pick up the furniture and since Furlenco did not pick up, for 2 months it was traumatic to find some location to keep the furniture safe. Now I have to pay the owner rent in Cash for 2 months that he kept the furniture which I expect Furlenco to reimburse me . Being a new mother of now 6 month old baby, this company has given me great amount of distress .Data is in the attatchments.
