I rented an air conditioner from Furlenco. The product was delivered, but the installation team arrived late and found that the AC was broken and unfit for installation. Despite their confirmation, the unit has neither been picked up nor refunded.
I am being charged for a non-functional product that was never installed or used. I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but there has been no resolution.
