I purchased 12 month subscription plan for renting furniture in December 2022 (image attached). At the time of purchased I was promised relocation services. On 7th Feb I received mail stating furlenco ulmtd will be down till April and your subscription won’t be visible on the app, which was later stretched till June (image attached). I now requested for relocation of furniture to which they deny stating the service is not provided anymore due to change in policy. This has neither been consented or informed to me.
