Furlenco — Furlenco company has closed my previous complaint 5332771 without providing resolution - Need compensation not their product

This is my 2nd complaint about Furlenco earlier this company has not provided me any resolution they giving me fake promises from past 7 months from emails, They have close the previous Grievance docket number 5332771. It's been a mental torture so I don't want their product I need the compensation for this, they should give me Rupees 10000
