It has been over a month that i have raised a request to swap a couch rented from furlenco. The swap option is a feature provided by furlenco. The couch is of poor quality not fit for use. There has been no response to calls and email requests. However, furlenco continues to call and harass for payments without fulfilling primary service requests. Was this information helpful? |
