I have returned their products on the 27th of Feb, 2023. After agonizing calls and pings on LinkedIn and rude calls from one Mr. Aditya Dabi - their customer executive support - I finally got my refund on March 11th. After that, they have asked me to delete my account - which I happily did. Now its been one month that I did not hear from them - from last month - furlenco has repeatedly called me and is harassing me again for misuse of their products. What products? which products? How is it my fault that they don't update things and their operations is as clueless? Was this information helpful? |
