After the end of the year long subscription, Furlenco is not taking back their products. Its been a month that we have been requesting them to pick the products up multiple times. Even after telling them that we are leaving the city, they have been non chalant in their attitude.
The pickup date has been revised multiple times from 20 Nov to 23 Nov to 30 Nov to 2 Dec to 3 Dec to 12, 14, 16 December now.
In between they have the audacity to cancel our cancel requests and renewing our subscription citing that we are not picking up the call for pickup request.
When I told them that I had all the conversation on mail, phone where they confirmed pickup dates multiple times and then never came citing technical issues in their ground team, they backed down on the subscription renewal. Was this information helpful? |
