Furlenco — Pick up of furniture

The company is delaying the furniture pick-up constantly and rescheduling it without prior information. Due to their mismanagement, I am unable to get my new furniture delivered and am having to pay for the same too. The customer service is not replying and is asking me to cancel my new booking as they cannot pick up the furniture until further notice.
