Furlenco — Product pick up

The company is refusing to pick up the products on the scheduled pick up date and is rescheduling pickup date again and again without informing. The customer support is not replying and they are saying that they cannot pick up the furniture for another few days. Because of this mismanagement, I am unable to get my new furniture delivered whose delivery was scheduled basis the pick up date provided by Furlenco.
