Furlenco — Refund after Cancelation

On 7th April, I purchased 6 months' rental for some furniture and appliances. While the products were in cart before payment, the delivery date was shown as 30th April. So I went ahead and completed the payment of around Rs 36000. As soon as payment is done and the order is placed, it showed that the delivery date is 9th April. My move in to this new apartment is 20th April. I can not take delivery on 9th. So I sent multiple emails to their customer care and also I called multiple times. Customer care told me that they won't be able to reschedule. After a full day long calls and reasoning with them, i decided to cancel since there won't be anyone to receive the delivery on 9th.
I went ahead and canceled from their app. The support page says that refund is done within 7 business days. Just today, I got a call from Furlenco and they are saying that due to system migration of their app, they will take 20 business days to do the refund.
The amount was around Rs 36000. And i need this money for my relocation.
How come they can say something on app in their support page and do something else ? And also how come they can take such a long time to refund ? I was about to place another order after I get the refund from them. I explained that to them. But they are insisting that they won't be able to do the refund within the timeframe.
So they are ok to let go of customers. Their only intention is to loot customers' money by hook or by crook. Now I am really worried whether I will get back my money.
Also why they can't do a simple thing rescheduling of delivery ? And also why they can't give the option to choose delivery date to customers ?
A very very bad experience.
