I have raised a request for return of the products 10 times in last 2 months, I am unable to return the same and the ticket is getting auto cancelled and closed, I am not able to raise a return request in desktop site and return this through my app. This is cheating literally for the subscription amount from Furlenco. Every month it(Furlenco app) asks for renewal. When my requirement is already over, I am still unable to return product. Such a poor customer service. Total money looters.
