I had been using Furlenco products in Delhi NCR since more than 1 year and now wish to return it, but to my surprise they have rescheduled the return without letting me know. Now, as I had go for vacation it was not possible for me, and about which I already told them on chat and in email.
They intentionally delayed the return process so that they can levy some more charges on the furniture.
On top of it there is no sync between the customer care and the ground team so the customer has to suffer, confirming the return date, time and it also happened that on date mentioned no one showed up or called .This has taken lot of hours just for confirmation, requests and complaining.
So, my experience has been bad with Furlenco and better I will chose the other companies . Was this information helpful? |
