Furlenco — Scooty returned month back but still Charged through ECS Company not responding

I have opted for Furlenco subscription of TVS Ntorq scooty on November month for 3 months and completed ECS emandate process - but I have prepaid for 3 months in the same month itself - On Jan 25th I was relocating and returned the scooty to the Furlenco - Drivex team because its a partnered product and they have taken the scooty from me and informed they will update the marking on same day - on feb I was charged 3900/- ECS and from past 10 days I was calling to Furlenco customer care for refund and marking of Scooty as returned but they are not responding, unless they cancel the ECS I might get charged again without scooty in my possession
