I had rented a sofa lounger from Furlenco in the month of June'2021 & I raised a query w.r.t my invoice in August'2021..
To my surprise even after multiple follow ups with customer care & thru Emails & mobile app help it took almost 2 weeks for a revert, that to from an executive who displayed unethical behavior. With my escalation Furlenco had apologized through return email & promised that such an incident will never happen....

Poor services
Furlenco is indeed one difficult company to deal with. We, as customers are having such bitter experience dealing with their customer care team. We have scheduled furniture pick up multiple times but no one bothered to attend it. and they are piling up rent on us for the same; it’s seems like a trap. Moreover we as customers are following up with support team to provide statements so that we can clear any outstanding payment but the team makes unprofessional and unwarranted statements and harassing us by sending automated messages. We have sent reminders and have sent proofs of our follow up with their team but no action taken. We are completely trapped and harassed. We do not recommend Furlenco to anybody.

My husband booked a sofa from furlenco, paying full years amount in advance. The sofa did not fit in our room and we contacted furlenco to cancel it the same day. Furlenco told us cancellation cannot happen till delivery is done. Delivery was not marked done for another day. Then when finally we were able to cancel, the sofa was picked up in 5 days. We were told by the customer care representative that we will be charged for these 6 days.br...

Over charging
I have been using Furlenco since sometime in 2020, I was happy with the products. However, I decided on cancelling and they called me a gave me an Custom offer that gives me lifetime discount of 25%. The only reason I continued with my subscription.
Also on 22nd of March 2022 I decided to cancel subscription for one of the products and of course they told me, my subscription ends on 27th March and that I should give 7 days notice. Which means I will be charged for a whole month, when I called the customer service I was clearly told that it’s a policy and nothing can be done. So I was left with no choice. I had a bill generated earlier that day for Rs.3065.45 due by April 1st. But after I called customer service and obviously outraged by their condescending response when I checked the app after that, the balance increased to 3949.27. I called the customer service and they were as usual not helpful and told me that the lifetime customer offer was no longer applicable. So I asked if there was a policy I can look up, but not just the customer service, even the supervisor was not ready to help. Instead he told me that this is a management decision and no customer was informed about it. I do not agree with this as any change in service fee, change in a promised offer should be notified in case I do not want to continue with the service. So far I have made attempts to fcontact Furlenco and also reached out to CEO on Instagram but I have received no response. I need an explanation as to why was my offer removed and why was I not informed about the change and was left to discover it on the bill.

We had taken 2 office desk combo in 2020. We have been paying on a regular basis without any misses. However due to family issue we had to relocate to a different city in November 2020. On the last week of October 2020 we had raised a request with Furlenco team to pick up the furniture before 5th November 2020. They had not scheduled any pickup. Furniture deposit not returned

I raised a return (cancellation) request on 20 Feb, 2022 and the products were picked up by Furlenco team on 5 March, 2022. However, I have still not received my deposit of ~3, 000 rupees. I have contacted customer care multiple times over the phone, and have, every time, received lies in the form of convincing promises. I have also received a ticket number: 2160582 to track this issue.
I am forced to explain my situation each time I call, as a new person is at the other end. Why there is no shared documentation recorded is beyond me.

I purchased a few items from Furlenco on January 11th 2022. I was still getting charged rent for those items. Then Furlenco started harassing me with daily phone calls and threatening WhatsApp messages.

Assembled my bed poorly that fell apart, fake promise of re-assemble

I rented a bed from Furlenco. Furlenco's team came with the bed and set it up. However, it fell apart only after a few days o[censored]sage. I mailed and called them. They replied back later the same day with a promise to re-assemble for free of cost and sent me the confirmation mail as well with the date. However, nobody came to attend. I mailed them multiple times and also called them so many times. It seems they have blocked the lines to reach them. Call never connects. They are not replying to my mails. My bed lies fallen apart, useless. They charged me full money for the entire subscription at once. They are now not giving the promised service and won't return the money also on cancellation.
1. 13th Feb - Bed Arrival and setup

Worst customer service ever. Never order from Furlenco

We have been using furlenco products on rent since July 2021. In Feb 2022, we decided to buy our own furnitures and return furlenco products on 08th Feb 2022. Furlenco told us that we need to give 15 days notice period prior to returning products. We agreed and we scheduled the pickup for 26th Feb 2022 as that would be a Saturday (Me and my wife are the only residents in the flat. We are doctors and have a very hectic schedule from Monday-Friday). We were promised the pickup from 8AM to 4PM. From the morning of 8AM on 26th Feb, 2022 we have been trying to be in touch with Furlenco Customer care. We have spoken with Mumbai managers - Mr Prateek, Mr Naseeruddin Ansari, Mr Nilesh. We have called multiple times since the morning requesting them for pickup of the furnitures and appliances. And we also informed them about the society restrictions after 7PM for any pickup or delivery. It is very unfortunate that their behaviour was very rude on the phone and they did not care to listen regarding the same. At last when I called at 6PM to Mumbai managers again, I am told that the pickup cannot happen before 10PM. This is very very unfortunate that as a consumer, I am taken for a ride. We have failed as a society if we allow companies like Furlenco and Mumbai managers like Mr Prateek, Mr Naseeruddin Ansari, Mr Nilesh to operate like this. I wish consumers in our country had greater power.

I have terminated the service request a couple of days back on the 21st of February in lieu of their 1 week notice period. I was informed that the pickup would be scheduled within 2 days but it has been more than 2 days and no one has come to pick up the items. Upon calling customer care there is no proper response and I have been charged incorrectly for the products. when contacted customer care after a long wait I get connected to an executive but upon mentioning the issue they stop responding and disconnect the call.

I have opted for Furlenco subscription of TVS Ntorq scooty on November month for 3 months and completed ECS emandate process - but I have prepaid for 3 months in the same month itself - On Jan 25th I was relocating and returned the scooty to the Furlenco - Drivex team because its a partnered product and they have taken the scooty from me and informed they will update the marking on same day - on feb I was charged 3900/-...

Does not deliver
I made the purchase 5 days ago they promised 3 day delivery I haven’t received any update and they have delayed my delivery since a week. Their customer care is helpless and does not provide any assistance.

Deposit amount never gets refunded

Regular customer for 3 years and once i terminated my subscription, they kept my deposit amount without refunding. After calling continuously for 3 months and writing 9 customer support emails, they say nonchalantly that the amount is with them.
If i hadn't followed up, they would have kept the amount with them forever.

They first take your complete payment for the period which is minimum of 3 months . The upfront payment of made then they send you email saying they need to do kyc and also register you for auto payment . Now why can’t they mention this before they take a single penny from me ? Is that legal ? Ofcourse not! They can’t take my payment and say unless you do this we can’t complete your order . Second why register me for auto payment when...

Worst Customer Service
Furlenco has charged and deducted the caution deposit of a product which they have not delivered. After a lot follow ups and calls to service center (where sometime they might pickup call) we managed to cancel the subscription, to save us from this ordeal. On refund of the caution deposit they have deducted the caution deposit of the item which was not even provided by furlenco.
I have made it a point that whoever i meet, i will urge not use the Furlenco service and ask them to pass on the information to others.
This companies like furlenco think that consumers can be exploited for their business needs and can be thrown away when not required.
Well Furlenco! you just lost a customer and will loose more.

Dear team
I have asked for relocation of my furniture (rented from Furlenco) they confirmed it should be done by 10th of November.
It never happened and now the furniture is in previous apartment
I have made 15 calls to the customer care and written more than 10 emails .

Harassment from Furlenco for payments
I ended my subscription with Furlenco on 19th March 2020
They said they couldn’t come for pickup as there was a lockdown and would do the same in a couple of days
They delayed the pickup till April and asked us to pay half the rent as they could not come for pickup
Even though i was not supposed to I made the payment using the link they shared via email
They said there won’t be any future payment requirements from my end
They delayed the pickup further till May and asked for payment again for that month and we told them several times we are not supposed to pay that
They did not even give us our security deposit back
Till date they are sending us payment reminders and calling us and misbehaving for payments even though their executives are telling us that this issue will be solved and we won’t be getting any payment reminders
I am getting harassed everyday for this issue even when they know the fault is on their end

Dear Furlenco team,
My swap request is not fulfilled
I had asked to end the subscription but even that is not done
When i check my account it shows active ..whereas i have no furniture from furlenco
So many tickets have been raised but no resolution
I wouldnt recommend any one to use this service

Cheaters & Frauders in Indian Market
Sir/ Madam,
Time and again, it was informed to you and your team that I have not received any furniture from your Office, still till date I am getting threatening malls / calls from your sales associates / recovery team.
I hereby warn you to stop calling me / threatening me, otherwise I have to file FIR against you for cheating and frauding with me and also threatening and killing me or will file a legal suit against Furlenco.

Right at the start Furlenco takes the deposit money, and then makes the customer go through endless process that are both inconvenient and not intuitive. The moment you click on 'hep' the app freezes, and there are no easy way to get in touch with customer service. I feel it is a scam since it takes the money and doesn't seem to be interested in delivering the furniture from their end.

One of the installation person left the tap open in my house which led to acute water wastage and flooding of my house. I had to pay Rs 5000 because the society had to arrange for a water tanker in emergency. Furlenco refuses to compensate for their mistakes. When I ask them to take their furniture back and give me back my money they say I'll be charged early termination penalty.

Bad condition Refrigerator was delivered and no update provided in Washing machine even after 15 days

Order number- ONW802676. We had ordered for Refrigerator and washing machine for rent from furlenco and after multiple followup we received very old and badly condition refrigerator after 4 days which was not working n again had to raise a complaint and did multiple followup and finally got replaced with an very old refrigerator which is again replaced one is also old and very bad condition and not working properly still having the same with me and still waiting for the update on the fully automated washing machine and multiple follow ups done and no response from 21st July till date. Definitely will not recommend anyone to go with furlenco. Very bad customer service and bad experience and waste of money and not trust worthy.

Employee abused to a customer

While I got a call from furlenco company regarding my dues which are to be paid till 21st June. They told me to pay the advance rent while we were having a conversation the company's employee said " AAPKI AUKAT NHI HAI 1000 RS KI"
If you were not able to affort the rent why did you rent the furniture " Hasiyat nhi hai itne paise dene ki" phir rent kiya he kyu furniture. No employee has a right to use these words and talk like this. I want to the company to terminate these employees and a action should be taken for these type of employees

Fraud
I got a recliner from them.
They started harassing me via call to pay the first month bill less than 7 days after it got delivered.
I tried telling the person that I have neck pain using it but they just asked
when will you pay the bill.
When I cancelled after that, got told by customer care that if I have neck pain from their products, they will either charge me 3 months rent and pick it up or I have to suffer through it. Those exact words.
The lady who called me kept talking about policy rather than listen to what I was saying. Kept speaking over me while I was trying to explain the issue.
Then I posted on Instagram and Twitter and again after 2 weeks of daily posting, did they call me.
In those two weeks, whenever they sent me the bill, they said that it is customer service response.
On call, the lady told me instantly after I told them the problem that they have no records of anything and that there is nothing they will do about it.
They know what their products have an issue but is purposefully trying to scam people with it.

Harassment and threats calls
Furlenco is such a fraud company i availed the rent furniture in February 2020 during the pandemic they cited their inability to pickup they kept on surging the charges and till September they were unable to pickup the furniture and they automatically terminated my cancellation request and kept on adding charges. After they started giving threat calls by their goons and will not let you live with peace... they are the biggest fraud please help

This is regarding order no. ONW595669 placed with Furlenco on 11 June, 20 for Nauka workstation with fusil chest drawer combo and paid security amount of INR 1499. On 15th June, 20 I placed the request to change the subscription to "Nauka Workstation -Basic". their Team processed the request and subscription changed to "Nauka -Workstation Basic"
After using the table for few days I raised the complaint with your team (via call) for suboptimal quality and product for an average height person and it is causing me backache. Nobody from their team addressed the complaint, when I held the payment then their customer executive called and mentioned that you must pay 3 month fees and then they will terminate the subscription. I agreed and made the payment of INR 1846 [Total Payment INR 3346 (including security] which is INR 348 more than 3 month rent [ 999x3 = 2997 Rs] Invoices stop generating after Sep, 20 which supports the agreement with their executive.
I have been harassed by their team since Sep, 20 to pay INR 3692.68 which does not add up by any logic. their team member is not able to explain the logic and keep saying you need to pay 6 months rent and if I go by that logic then also INR 3692 does not become valid.
Furlenco team continue to harass by repeated calls and email. Their customer centre team has ignored my emails to explain the issue.
