Furlenco — Terrible service & unethical behaviour

I had rented a sofa lounger from Furlenco in the month of June'2021 & I raised a query w.r.t my invoice in August'2021..

To my surprise even after multiple follow ups with customer care & thru Emails & mobile app help it took almost 2 weeks for a revert, that to from an executive who displayed unethical behavior. With my escalation Furlenco had apologized through return email & promised that such an incident will never happen.

To connect to their customer care executive your wait time will be more than 15 mins or sometimes-endless recorded message playing you will be assisted shortly. Even after which you won’t receive proper response

Once again I had raised another query on buy back in the month of Feb'2022 before invoice due date and with hardcore follow up on all multiple modes (Customer care, Emails & mobile app) the issue was addressed 2-3 weeks later so unfortunately the due date passed by. The gentlemen who connected with me on a call apologized & gave me a quote for buy back which was extremely high priced & the same was negotiated along with the service committed to us. As per the process they were suppose to get the cleaning & maintenance done for the product before the payment which they disagreed with at first & said that particular service was stopped along ago. No such intimation was provided to us. With continuous follow up they came back & said this particular product doesn’t qualify to get this service. I was really disappointed & asked them to reduce the price for not fulfilling the commitment, which was also disagreed by them.

Finally to settle this issue I had asked them to send me the scanned copy of the agreement signed with them to recheck the terms & conditions which they are denying to provide even after multiple follow ups .Meanwhile they have been using their collection team to call & harass me for non-payments. Every day I have been bombarded with multiple SMS / Emails on payment due.

To resolve the issue multiple attempts have been taken from my side & still not able to find a solution.
