[Resolved] Royal Oak — Faulty product | |||
Two weeks back I have purchased furniture's from Roaloak Bangalore(World furniture). There is a fitting issue and I raised a complaint on 3rd Aug 2013, I got my complaint number as 525. Every alternate day I called them to check the status they said it will be done shortly. I didn't loose hope and I called them today got to know there is no complaint number 525 in there records. They raised a new complaint number as 546. For almost 10 days I called them with complaint number 525 and I was fooled. Ph +[protected] Billing details, Invoice number[protected] Invoice date 28-jul-2013 Faulty product BDS60-5 I lost 20k because of the sub standard product from Royal Oak. I need some help. Please help me get them resolve this asap, since I am sleeping along with my family on the floor beside a new cot and defective mattress kept aside, which is very frustrating itself. And the cutomer care guys always hangs up my call everytime saying "sir give me 2 minutes we'll call you back" but I never get call back from them. Please help me out to sew them for this.
