Hello Sir, My name is PANKAJ SRIVASTAVA.i got call from Future Generali on 2 NOVEMBER person name RAVI VERMA no. is[protected]. He asked me are you looking personal loan i told yes because i was looking personal loan . for that i talked in many banks.he told me that Future Generali has done tie-up with Aditya Birla Finance. if you will spend min.80000 for policy premium so aditya birla provide you 12lac rs loan for 18 year because policy time is 18 year & he told me you will pay only yearly 80k premium & we will take revert back amount after 18 year with 4.9% interest. it was good plan but I did not have 80000, so he told to take policy of 40000 now and remaining 40000 later. after some verification i have taken policy.My Policy No. is 01275923. Future Generali provide me Relationship Manager name is Mrs Preeti rawat[protected] and Aditya birla provided me Relationship manager name is RAJESH BHATIA no is [protected] and [protected].Mrs preeti rawat told me when FGI call you for verification and ask you that have you got any offer for loan, credit card etc. then you have to say no and i am taking policy for tax saving so i did same. Rajesh bhatia told me when you will get policy document than we will start your loan process. i got my policy document 13 of november & confirm to bhatia.he told me ur file is under process and you can get your amount till 29 november.. in between they have done many process with me like form filling & telephonic verification also. he was regular touch with me .i told him that i have need money due to my home loan debt & they were give me assurance that we can provide you amount on time.but on 12 december they called me from aditya birla group and told due to vacation we are unable to process your request on time it will take 10 days more.i told ok but later on i called Aditya birla fiancé in delhi branch they told me all the name related to aditya birla are not working here these are all fraud aditya birla denied all the process & told me you can take legal action upon these guys. After that i have called Rajesh bhatia and asked him do you employee of Aditya birla Because company told me you are fraud He told me no i am working aditya birla security & nobody can provide you information about me and dont worry you can get your amount back & after that he didn't pick up my phone. I filed a complain regarding whole incident to future generali but in vain. No response from them . only waiting for mails from them.
