I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you with regard to my policy renewal for: HTO-1B[protected]. Despite regularly checking my mailbox, I have not yet received a notice regarding the renewal of my policy. I am existing customer and paying premium from last 6 to 7 years regularly. First 4 years I am not claim any single claim In my bad condition you really help me to settle my claim and I am really appreciating all the members who are help me.
But now things are changing your representative not received any call and customer care as well not responding properly. My policy renewal last date is 11th July 2024 and hardly few days left for expire, every year I received renewal notice 1month before but this year not received any email or message, but my wife and kids’ renewal notice received, why I am not received notice till date.
I understand the importance of keeping up to date with my insurance coverage and would greatly appreciate it if you could resend the renewal notice at your earliest convenience. Additionally
