[Resolved]  Future Generali — Unjustified surrender value calculation

I used to own a policy with future generali #00384157. This policy had been taken in feb 2010. I paid premium for 4 years @ rs. 11000 per year. As per the policy rule, written in bond, a policy that is surrendered after 4 but less than 5 years should be deducted 10%. I have only been paid rs. 27, 289 as surrender value after running my policy for 4 years [till feb 2014]. When i contacted fg, they clarified it like this: We wish to inform you that in future guarantee advantage policy first years premium is not invested and is kept aside for guaranteed additions at maturity. When the policy gets surrender, first year’s premium is not considered, your first years premium amount was rs. 11000/- Further within the premium paying term, certain charges were charged like policy fee, admin charges. I am disappointed and do not agree with their clarification. Please could you look into this and help me to get a fair deal. We are middle class people and every rupee means a lot to us.
