In the month of august i got the call from an agent working in future generali insurance company. The policy was which was sold to me wasn't the one which i was explained to me by the agent, not only that he filled the policy document by himself but got my signature's on it which the agent ensured that the policy will be the same as discussed which i trusted also terms & conditions & 15 day surrender policy was never discussed with me. Secondly the policy has 15 day cooloff period which again was not entertained when i surrendered the policy & the same was rejected by stating that it's 15 period is over which is not possible as the office remains closed on sat & sun & how is that possible when the office's are closed & days counted. Thirdly i visited again to gurgaon branch manager for the same & again got no help in this regard. However despite all the followups, requests & complaints in their ombudsman nothing substantial outcome has been provided only they keep on saying to keep this policy since cool off period has ended which is totally not applicable as the policy wasn't the correct one which was initally sold instead i'm being told to keep the one which i don't want & never agreed, since t & c and the rest of the rules follow on the policy which i should have got & not on the one which i never asked. Recently i received a call from rajiv aggrawal who said is the funds manager of future generali head office in pune & he offered me to cancel the policy however with deduction which i agreed. As per his request i have sent my cancellation request alongwith pan & voter id card scans as well but it's been more than a week since then & i haven't heard from him nor the have i got any postal mail for the same. Kindly look into my request as this is daylight fraud & instead of cancelling my policy for mis-commitment they are asking me to keep this policy which i don't want & thereby sheilding the agent involved in such mal-practices. Please look into my complaint request

They aren't of great help & I had contacted them before but of now use, they are saying to keep the policy which I never (a) asked (b) agreed upon.
FG customer support aren't of any help as tried many times with them, but they are saying to keep this policy which I never wanted & agreed upon.

I did approach the said complaints cell much before raising concern here, however I'm not able to get through that either as i had escalted the case which is not showing any progress since then. Don't know where & how to approach regarding my complaint. I got a call from FG Funds Manager based in Pune named Rajiv Aggrawal who promised me the refund within 1 weeks time however it's been more than 2 months neither the refund nor the calls which I tried to dial were answered.
Future Generali is hiring people who are CON'S & FRAUDS thereby the company is duping people with their hard earned money & making profits from it. A very bad customer services & very poor cusumer centric. Only FG is concerned in duping people & earning profits from it.

    Incomplete inaccurate information. its a fraud company

    Future generali is such a fraud company i cant even explain. I have their auto insurance from past 2 years. It came with the car. I was not aware about their policy till the time i met with an accident. The terms they are explaining me now are no where in my policy papers and on Top of that they told me u have a normal policy.     Fraud company with fraud employees in selling life insurance

    My self Joju Kuriakose ( Managing Director, ICAFS Technologies P Ltd) herey by register a complaint against a policy taken with Future Genarali India

    The policy[protected]LIFE INSURANCE)was taking in 2011, while my cousin Mr George S George was working as agent of FUTURE GENERALI company. I took this policy to support his job as he is 75% handicapped( blind & def, medically proved and certified by govt bodies).

    When i took this policy, i informed him that i need only 3 years plan . and the policy was supposed to be a 3 year policy, but when i received the doc ( to my parent home and that too receive very late). I noticed that the policy was taken for 5 year plan .

    During the policy introduction and signing the documents, some one else representing George made these changes( some seniors to him). this was done cheating George & me taking advantage of his disability in reading and writing

    When i inquired with my cousin he said the above is what happened. When i talked with some seniors, they asked me to continue the policy and assured that i will be able to withdraw the fund by the end of 3rd year as this policy guarantee the fund i paid. Since i lost trust in discontinued making the rest of policy payments( i paid around 44 thousand in 4 schedule(2 years).

    So i continued the policy, but later at the end of second year while my cousin was moving out of your company, i enquiried about surrendering the policy, He put me to his seniors and i was informed by them that i will get only 1/3 of what I paid so asked to complete 3 years locking period to get the the guaranteed amount paid back.And informed that the company will take care of it.Now the 3rd year is completed and when I enquiried the status about surrendering the policy .I was informed by your manager & staff ( Mr Roy & Prasanth)of thrissur( kerala) branch, that i wont get my money back. Even after describing the whole situation, the response was bad.

    I decided to register complaints with SEBI, IRDA Ombudsman and file a case in consumer court . Also file a cheating case in high court of Kerala., putting my cousin as confessed witness & party against the policy.

      We have renewed above said vehicle with the pre inspection of cng fittment in our vehicle.We are submitting the docs of cng fittment in rto but due to some technical error we are not able to endorse the cng in rto office at bhavnagar. In mean time our vehicle got accident and put he same at work shop at ahmedabad name neighbourhood motors. In mean time company ask us that they will deduct the 25% of claim amount from the claim hence we are not endorse the cng in rto. Why suld the insurance company diny for the claim while they where inspect the vehicle and take the risk in policy. So pls look into the matter and do the needful.

        Unjustified surrender value calculation

        I used to own a policy with future generali #00384157. This policy had been taken in feb 2010. I paid premium for 4 years @ rs. 11000 per year. As per the policy rule, written in bond, a policy that is surrendered after 4 but less than 5 years should be deducted 10%. I have only been paid rs. 27, 289 as surrender value after running my policy for 4 years [till feb 2014]. When i contacted fg, they clarified it like this: We wish to...

          I had taken 2 policy from FUTURE GENERALI INDIA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED at 2009, policy No[protected] & 00179910. I am depositing 5 primum Rs.50000/- in policy no[protected] & Rs.40000/- in policy no[protected]. Now i want to surrender my both 2 policy due to my urgent financial requirement, I had asked for the same in Future Genrali office, but his representative to asked me " I[censored] will surrender both policy now the first premium will deducted your value due to your first premium was taken as allocation charges at the time of insurance". This was never communicating to me about this. The company was cheated me & payment was blocked accordingly.

          Its my humble request plz help me for refunding my principal Value Rs.90000/- against my both 2 policy premium amt which was deposited by me.

          Against requested to plz help since i am suffering from our poor financial condition.

            Dear Sir,
            I bought ULIP plan of Future Generali Pvt. Ltd. I was told that I have to pay premium of Rs. 11000 per year for 5 years and then after 7 years my policy will get matured and i may get my money and also if i wish to surrender my policy in between the term period i will get the increased amount of my total last premiums. The fraud was started at this moment only. I received my policy after 1 year and then I came to know that it is for 20 years i.e I have to pay premium for 20 years. I talked in the branch for 10 years and told about promise done with me by the person at the time of taking Policy. They said that something may be done after 10 years only. I paid premium for three years and when i went to pay my premium for 4th year i found the branch closed without any notification. I was depositing my premium at Dehradun branch. I even went to Bareilly, Haridwar but there also the branches have been closed without any information. I asked the customer care for the same but did not get any suitable reply. Then i thought of surrendering my policy. but when i asked for the fund value it has reached to about half of the deposited three premiums i.e. the fund value is Rs. 18000/- for the premium paid (Rs. 33000). How it can happen when the market has been good. I am very much worried as I am working in a Pvt. Institution and this has been very important for me as my earnings are not much.

            Please help me in this regard and suggest whether I can submit my case in consumer forum against the person who has sold me that policy as well as against the company.. I am very much mentally stressed by this and was searching the way to get relief. After thinking a lot I am submitting my complaint.

              my name is abdul Khaliq i had taken a life insurance policy from Future Generali Life Insurance Co. Ltd. at 2nd may 2012.Company has not delievered my the policy bond yet.when i request the company to cancel my policy and give me my money back.then company send me a letter that company can not return the money as 6 month has spend and they also said that you have change the address so that bond has not deleverd to you. but this is fake statement by company. i am still residing my addres since 2004.i have also launch a complain in irda but still no result found.i am suffering in very bad condition for last 4 month and company is not returning the money so that i also want to launch a complain for mental harrasment by company kindly help me.i want do a claim of 100000 against company.
              so it is request you to please help me as soon as possible as my financial status has become so low due to my wife's kidney problem.

                Details of the Complaint (Please type the full details of the complaint)
                I have received a SMS as its credited Rs.69373.23 to my account. But while i am surrender this policy i have asked your customer care people and as well your branch people regarding the policy surrender value, they said "you have paid 5 years (15000x5=75000), at present value it will come as Rs.75,300/- as per 8th Dec 2012 NAV". So that i surrender the policy.

                But there is a big gap of Rs.5600/- debited compare to what i have paid, please let me know and cross check once, and pay the remaining amount. As i have already paid my 5 years Premiums. after that i have get confirmation from your customer care & breach person after that only i surrender the policy. Other wise i would have waited till i set at least my money. Please cross check help me to get my money.

                Note: Before surrender this policy i called & discussed with the future generalli customer care, they told me i will get Rs.75,500/- around with out any surrender chargers, if required they cross check the recorded customer care conversation, after that when i visited branch they also told the same, after that only i have surrender the policy.

                I have approached insurance company & branch - they are unable to give the data, as what they communicated earlier, both people told me like back end team working on this surrender and they don't have any information. Here we have to note one point : customer care & branch don't have details but customer received SMS from bank as credited the above said amount in account.

                As per the above, my question is

                * If your customer care people made mistake why should i bare
                that? what ever they told me that amount only i am asking to pay (Rs.75, 300/-), that's the reason i surrender the policy other wise i would have wait till i get at-least my money. the same i am telling form the beginning.

                * and one more point you wrote in that "Further we have
                investigated the matter with our branch team and did not find any gaps in the information provided to you"

                1. Is there any proof with you people? as your branch people
                provided correct information to me, I have a proof which your branch person given print statement (hard copy) and round the amount on that paper.
                2. Why are you not believing what i am saying? why are you believing only your branch person without any proof?
                3. Before sending your latter (courier) - i have received 2 calls from you people and asking apologies for mistake, i am again telling i don't want any ones apologies, i want my money which i paid and what ever you people told me the surrender value of 8th Dec 2012, nothing more. Please don't irritate, unnecessarily calling and asking apologies and sending such couriers.
                Finally i can say one thing, mistake is from your side, accept and pay as per communicated by you customer care & branch people.

                I feel very bad, the way you people are covering your mistakes & for choosing future geanralli.

                  I have applied for a life insurance with Future Generali as a guarantee for the housing loan taken by me. After medical examination they asked me to pay increase premium, reasons given were weight and blood sugar level. About weight I accepted the fact but for the blood sugar level, I requested them for re medical as I never had history of diabetics, which was denied on the ground that is has been done on the code HBA1c. About this code my sister who is a doctor by profession told me that the verification under the code mentioned above is done only in case where the doctor is sure that the patient is a diabetic and the test are done to identify percentage of the illness. To this the person coordinating had no answer except that, I have to pay the extra premium.

                  Need guidance on this.

                    I renewed my motor insurance policy from FG and opted for a Zero Dep plan last month.
                    Sales person from FG office, provided me quotations for various plans. I compared the plan and evaluated with various options and selected silver Plan with Zero Dep based on features and rates provided. He issued me a cover note on 29th Aug and for which I made the payment through cheque dated 28th Aug and is already encashed by FG. I was told that I will get copy in next 7 days and from their on I am waiting till now.

                    Whenever I call the the person to ask for policy I got varied response –
                    Printer Is not working?
                    Policy is issued and will be mailed by evening
                    Policy is just to be dispatched

                    So not sure what was happening? When I asked reason few days back, I was told that I was incorrectly offered silver plan so need to be downgraded to basic plan?
                    This is beyond any reasoning, I specifically asked for policy name and features and opted for Silver plan and now I am being told of 100 reasons to settle for basic plan on same premium or pay more amount for specified cover. Is this the way to deal with your customers?
                    How can a company change its charges for policy that is sold -- cover note issued and payment cashed?

                    This is totally a foul play where you sold a policy on X amount so that I cannot opt for other service providers and now when I am tied up to FG you are making 100 excuse to charge extra or to reduce the cover?

                    Now it is almost 21 days that I am looking for policy and my cover note is also expiring in next 9 days so can I get quick resolution to this?
                    Please let me know whether FG can honor their own commitment or is just a fraud company.

                        I had received the policy bond on 11th Feb 2012 and the same day I had approached Future Generalli Life Insurance Co. Ltd. for cancellation of policy bond under ‘freelook clause’.
                        Since, it was a Saturday, the branch executive refused to entertain my request.
                        Also he suggested that he will call me on Monday, 13th Feb’11 or an executive may visit me to log my request. Which never happened.
                        13th Feb’12 There was no call or visit as mentioned earlier.
                        I almost call for 4-5 time during the week yet to my utter surprise there was no response from your branch.
                        This left me frustrated that there is no one in your system to work on your own promises.
                        I am not sure if your company can settle someone’s claim even or not. Such a disgusting fact!
                        25th Feb’12 I again called Gurgaon Branch to pursue my Grievance that why have they not entertained ‘request to Cancel’ my Policy under “Free Look” clause.
                        Possibly, founding this a serious consciousness they logged my Complaint under customer service no.[protected]. I placed a request for the Duplicate Copy of Bond.
                        This was on advice from Gurgaon Branch to ask for a fresh bond and then place a request for Cancellation under “Free Look” clause.
                        1st Mar’12 To follow my message that my request made on 25th Feb’12 is processed I called the nearest Gurgaon Branch for the Copy of the Bond. Add to another inconvenience that Bond copy is yet not received with them.
                        2nd Mar’12 Customer Care came out with funny resolution that they cannot issue an another bond as the same was issued earlier on 8th Feb’11.
                        So, why have they absorbed my request on 25th Feb’12. Just to make a fool of customers or what?
                        3rd Mar’12 Again while calling Gurgaon branch they asked me to procure an FIR against the loss of Bond to process my request for cancellation under “Free Look” clause.
                        Why are resolution coming in installments than In one go.
                        4th Mar’12 I got the FIR as suggested by Branch and reinstated my demand to cancel the policy under “Free Look” Clause.
                        6th Mar’12 Gurgaon Branch got a sense to log the request under service #[protected].
                        This happened after a rigorous calls of 3-4 times.
                        13th Mar’12 Adding to entire harassment I again got a resolution that the request is “repudiated” under your understanding that it has crossed a time of 15 days.
                        16th Mar'12 I have sent the mail with all the details to [protected]@futuregenerali.in and he logged the another request under service # [protected].
                        9th Apr’12 Adding to entire harassment I again got a resolution that the request is “repudiated” under your understanding that it has crossed a time of 15 days

                        Kindly note, that the delay has happened at the end of the insurer as the information on actionables required was shared in installment with a considerable time lag..
                        If I were informed in the first place to provide an FIR for policy cancellation, it could have been done within the stipulated grace period.
                        I would like to reiterate that I WANT THE POLICY BOND CANCELLED AND MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED BACK WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

                          You people at Future Generali offer a complete rubbish service to your customers. I'm totally duped by your company and the sales agents who sold me two FG Saral Anand policies #:00816292 and 00816690 for total of Rs.85,000.

                          First of all I've never accepted that you have resolved my issues but you send an email all by yourselves stating that I have accepted your resolutions, this is a complete false claim by Future Generali. I once again say that you have duped me and I want you to cancel the policies and refund my money back.

                          Your representative had told me that the premium should only be paid for 5 years but whereas it's for 15years mentioned in the policy document. This is complete misguiding from Future Generali.

                          I was attracted by your sales representatives Sandhya, Balaji and Alfred of Bangalore to buy these policies worth Rs. 60,000 & Rs. 25,000 stating that each policy will come with a Privilege Card that will entitle me for 25% discounts at all Future Group retail outlets which is a big lie and the company doesn't offer anything of this sort. They sent me some useless card to get the benefits which are not of any use to me.

                          This is a clear case of duping people and playing with our hard earned money with your false promises & claims. I'm totally disappointed by your services and claim my money back.

                          As stated by you on your website & brochures Ph.#: [protected] is not a Toll Free number and it costed me money waiting for your rep to pick up the call. Once I started to talk about my policy cancellation, he straight away disconnected my call. You guys don't care about your customers at all...

                          If a due immediate action is not taken then I'll be lodging a serious complaint of consumer misguidance for sales and this would be reflection of your company profile in peoples' mind.

                          Be Aware of consequences of your wrong doings to Indian citizens.

                          I am dharmendra gupta, i had given a renewal of my existing policy, with mentioned METLIFE INDIA INSURANCE CO, but after one month i got one policy from Future generali india insurance, agent has submitted that cheque to future generali after cutting last year, which i had not applied ever, for that i had complaint so many times to future generali, i had already launched to customer care of future generali, then their executive registered my complaint and he is agreed of wrong selling,i had submitted a complaint and original policy documents at future generali branch situated at rajnagar district center ghaziabad on 2nd of august 2011, company executive said to me that i apologize, and you will get your money which is 25000, will got within 15 working days, during this period i had complaints so many times but they said to me always it is in under process , kindly help in this matter and released my payment of rs. 25000 as earliest.,

                                This is to inform you that I had very bad experience with Future Generali Life inusrance and I am fedup with services and their higher management.

                                Incident started when I want surrender my policies that I had with Futuer Generali, I have called up their customer services and they confirmed that I need to go to South Extension office to surrender it. I was shocked when I reached the exact address I and got to know that the office has already been shifted to Connaught place since last four months.

                                I have submitted my surrender on 12 Nov 2011 and it was agreed that my fund will be transferred into my account only and before transfer they will intimate me and provide me the details of the transfer. The frustration part is I have not got any calls from Future Generali Department and when I called up them then I got to know that my check has been prepared, incident has not end up here, on 19th of Nov when I called up to customer care they told me that check has been despatched to Pritam pura branch by attention to Anshu Mehra and it will reach in 4 days.

                                After three days 24th Nov 2011 I called up the concerned person to check the status of cheque, and I have told that its still not received. And they have agreed that they will confirm once they received my cheque but again I have got unsatisfaction.

                                The thing like mis communication and committment still going on.... Still have not heard from anyone from Future Generali..

                                Then Monday again I have to called these people to know the status of my money only and then they have confirmed that cheque is received now I have to come to to their Pritam Pura branch which is very far away from my house (Jamia Nagar), If they wanted me to be there in their office then they should have sent the check to my nearest branch not the Pritam pura branch.

                                Still things not stoped, again they have got shifted their office of Pritampura branch without any inimation to their customers.

                                Finally I had to called to their mumbai head office, and I had discussion with first to Yogesh and then my insisting them they have transfered my call to Ganesh, as per him he was the escalation head, he listen my query very well but have got the same answers which I have got from Anshu Mehra. that my check will be transferred to to Gurgaon Branch and then some one from Gurgaon branch will delivered my check to my office address, it will take another 3 days.

                                I have asked them to connect my call to some higher person but they didnt want to come out on this issue its really very frustrating and disgusting things which I want highlight in this mail.

                                Then finally I have asked to not delivered my cheque to Gurgaon branc, just delivered it to my home address as I dont want rotate my money all others doors not mine.

                                The crux of escalation is Future Generali doesnt have the customer centricity right from the lower level to higher level. they were just playing with my money and running from here and there. There were no communication from their side on their office shifting.

                                I dont know how guys take but I had very bad experience. Even though I do have some other policies with this company but now after seen this kind of customer dealing I will withdraw those as well.

                                  I was holding Future Generali Life insurance ULIP Policy number[protected]. Due to personal issues i've surender the policy with a fund value of 23500/- after discussing with Future Genrali Official conferred that there wont be any additionaly chrges and wil be rceiving the entire fund value. But i've receved a cheque of only 11,233/- and forced me to sign that i should understand that the unknown pocessing chages have been deducted. I request to please help me in gettig my money back and request to take necessary action against the inurane company.
