Unjustified surrender value calculation

I used to own a policy with future generali #00384157. This policy had been taken in feb 2010. I paid premium for 4 years @ rs. 11000 per year. As per the policy rule, written in bond, a policy that is surrendered after 4 but less than 5 years should be deducted 10%.
