My money was deducted via icici bank account but the order wasn't placed on their website, also they provide no support. Even icici customer care isn't helping me out. I have tried to contact them via live chat which doesn't seem to work. It isn't even live. Contacted them via e-mail and got an auto generated reply. Nothing else. These thieves don't really understand the issues others are facing because of their retarded service. Please improve service or stop your business. You are not worth time.
