Fynd — money has been deducted but order not placed

I placed an order on fynd and made the payment through wallet however money has been deducted from account but order did not place.

I have complaint many times on email and chat but no one is responding it.

I have also raised a ticket, below is the details.

I have ordered 3 shirts of basics on fynd and paid 2202 rs for the same through UPI google pay, but my order is not confirm. I submit complaint on mail but still there is no response from fynd.
