Fynd — no order confirmation even after 5 days | |||
I took part in fynd sale, when the app showed 80% redemption of fynd credits i shopped goods worth 644 rupees after discount, i paid through paytm and money got deducted, and its been 5 days that i am not furnished with an order confirmation, i have the paytm receipt as proof but the app shows no signs of having an order placed, i have tried to reach out to customer care multiple times but to no avail. I had really trusted the company, i would be happy if i get a customer care response over my order. Was this information helpful? | |||
