They are calling me after 2 years and asked me 12580 and 8500 and again they are asking 18980 for clearing cancellation and court charges, which is not mentioned in my agreement. Please help me, they are telling they will do a court case and harassing me and my family. I don't have so much money. Please help me!
Gs enterprise is the company name and i have paid them 7600 rs and they sent me noc lega document in 2018. After 2018, i got a call on 12th jan 2020 that my case file has not been cancelled and they will file charges of 355000 if i don't pay 12580 and 8500 rs before 2 30 pm. I had to pay as i was scared.
Again on 13th jan 2020, i got a call saying according to section 73, 74, 75 (No ipc entered) i need to pay 18980 rs for clearing these sections. I am being harassed continuously, please help Was this information helpful? |
