[Resolved]  G S Enterprise — fraud online data service

My name is Shradha Gupta. Me too facing the similar problem. I got the call on oct 4th 2018, he introduces himself as Devesh Kumar (Marketing Executive) working in G S Enterprise regarding an online form filling work (Part time). Firstly, I was asked to register with an amount of Rs.299 through paytm, they asked to send my ID proof, and they send me a message to download an apk file called DigitalDocs through which they took my details such as photo, mobile number and signature but somehow it does not work out. Anyway, my dock uploading process remain incomplete despite that I got a mail from them, which contain a digitally generated agreement leter. They generated this agreement without specifying terms and conditions; I came to know about it only after I received the agreement. In addition, I was told that I have to complete 1500 forms in 15 days.
I didn't received my user id and login password. After too much follow up 2 days later on Oct 6 2018 I was given a user id and password from mail id "[protected]@gmail.com".
After various queries with lots of chasing them I completed my workload before the submission date. During my submission, I found that the site never shows total forms that I done. It always show some forms less than that I have submitted. At last it was showing 1499/1500 forms. I checked multiple times but all forms are filled and submitted. Moreover, I completed and submitted the work by 20th Oct 2018, but during submission of my work load the PDF doesn't generate. I tried to contact the helpline team on call and by mails. I called many times as I have spent multiple sleepless nights to complete that task. It was not a easy work done. But I was helpless to receive any response from their side.
Till 21th Oct 2018 my login ID is showing active, I received a reply on my mail on 22th Oct 2018, firstly they told that many of your forms are not filled and after my explanation talked very rudely to deposit (5000+2800 INR) as penalty. Then they admit my 1 form is still not submitted due to some technical error and that's why I was not able to generate the PDF and they blocked my ID after talking rudely. They demanded me to deposit Extension charges (5000+2800 INR) which is neither discussed nor mentioned in agreement that for 5 to 7 days extension you have to deposit 2800 extra and it is fixed for all. My Id was locked and they were forcing me to deposit 7800 INR or they will take a legal action. After this, I go to google, came to this site, and came to know that this is Fraud Company. I have given them 5 days’ time to deposit my amount as I have completed 1500 forms and if they don't deposit then I will go for legal action against them.
I request all similar cases to not involve in this fraud and those who have entered should come together to take legal action against GS Enterprises.

Hello mam even i am suffering from the same problem with the same people. I think unho Ne Hame froms bhi same Diye Hai. Bond paper par bhi number or date same hai sabhi ke.
