Gaana.com — refund and cancellation of gaana plus subscription and cancellation of auto renewal | |||
I subscribed for gaana plus 3 months subscription using a promo code for free. While creating the account, i had to add the credit card details. Their is no option in their app or website to remove the credit card details or to stop the auto-renewal of subscription. I wrote to [protected]@gaana.com regarding this matter and asked them to stop the auto-renewal. I didn't get any response from them and finally my subscription got renewed. This looks like a fraud from gaana.com where control is not given to user to stop the auto-renewal or to remove the card details. I am looking forward to get the refund, delete my card details from the account and cacel the gaana plus subscription. Was this information helpful? | |||

After my 3 month free trial got over it suddenly deducted money from my account. This is unauthorized and done without prior notice. I want my money back.

Please refund my money of rs 499, because I haven't use ganna app and I have money problem, so please refund my money as soon as possible.I want to cancel my gaan subscription pack and get refund . Please try to understand my problem .
