Gaana plus has renewed 399 rs fradulent transection with out my authorisation. 3 months back i got a free 3mts trail through flipkart and they have collected my credit card details. March 7th they have autodebited 399 to my card with out my authorisation. Next day only i have sent email requesting to cancel service and refund amount. Inspite of multiple email, mr vaibhav and gaana support team making drama and refusing to refund my money. These cheaters should be punished and concerned authority should ban these type of app who cheats customers with out their knowledge.

    I removed my card details from app and not give permission to auto renewal. But today it automatically renewed and deducted amount from credit card. I tried to get support from app, but the response is very bad and customer team is not yet interest to give proper explanation. Why your team is behaving like this??

    Also i am request you to cancel the auto renewal option from my ganna account and will ensure that no deduction will happen again.

    I remember you to to kindly give proper response to customer.

    If still not getting any proper response i will register a complaint.

      Previously, i signed up to ganna.com with my mobile number. But later on after few years i signed up from my google account which is currently in use. Please delete or deactivate my previous account so that i could be able to link my mobile number to my ganna.com account which is opened with google account. Please help me delete my account as soon as possible.

        Hello,
        My name is anand singh. I installed the gaana app on 12th march and start using it. But some features were not accessible like ad-free music, high definition music quality and downloading for offline. So, for using this feature, i paid rs. 399 for an annual subscription pack of the gaana app using paytm. The payment was accepted with ref: [protected]. But even after the payment is done, still, i'm unable to use the subscription as the app is showing me as a trial user. So kindly resolve the issue either by refunding the balance or activating my subscription so that i can enjoy the music break free and not forcing me to switch to other platforms

          I subscribed for gaana plus last year now it is due for renewal on 7th march. I don't want to renew to please stop auto renewal for gaana plus subscription.
          One more thing that why there is no option for unsubscribed in gaana app. I read many reviews and complain on google that many person's gaana plus renewed automatically while they were not informed for it.

            I recentry tried a trial offer on gaana app and also gave my debit card details for auto renewal. It got auto debited from my account on the date mentioned in the app. But later gaana tried to make a transaction even after a successfull purchase. As i have not maintained any balance in my account the transaction is declined. But my debit card issuer (Icici bank) is charger me a pos decline charge for each and every time they tried to make a transaction. '

            I mailed gaana about this issue and they have not given me any proper explaination. No reply from them when i asked why do they try to make a transaction after a successful purshase?

            I want this to to be sorted. Please help.

            I reported the unhappiness of the quality of the app and submitted several times through email and from app itself my unsubscription notice but unfortunately instead of my unsubscription every month they used to debit of rs 99 from my credit card account without my knowledge.They dont have any telephone no to talk to .Their response is poor.
            I wanted to cancel my subscription for gaana plus which renews on March 1, 2020.I approached the in app help, and mailed the gaana feedback, but there was no response.
            I used a coupon to get gaana plus for free for 4 months, but i do not want to continue.
            Please help cancel my subscription.

              I am trying to delete the gaana+ account but cannot i have been charged wrongly but this cheater company do not provide any support in that. I think it's a ghost company working against the law of india as they do not have an office and contact number. I was registered with 840*3*63 and wrote them mails but didn't get any response from a person just auto answers what i got.
              So, if you are thinking to join the gaana+ account do realise you will be charged every month without any notice and even you can't get over this net of fraud.
              I am going to get legal help if any of you wanted to join me in that do reply here.

                Auto renewal is enabled for gaana.com subscription. No option provided in the app to unsubscribe the subscription or any easy method to reach out support folks of gaana.com.

                  On 15th october, 2019 i have subscribed gaana+. I have paid the amount through credit card. Now, from past two months rs.99 amount has been deducted from my card. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. My account is created by mobile number and when i going to help section it is taking me to google play store but in my account there is no email id so please cancel auto renewal from my account.                     Last 3 months ago on 24th november 2019, i have subscribed gaana+. I have paid the amount through flipkart super coins. Now, this month on 22.02.2020 rs.99 amount has been deducted from credit card. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto-renewal subscriptions and initiate the process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, the subscription has been renewed without taking my consent

                    Hi I used paytm coupon to take free 3 months trial subscription from my credit card. But yesterday(25.02.20) renewed my account for Rs.99. As well as I got the Zee5 subscription also included in it. But I can’t use it. So can you take action on this.
                    I didn't got any reminder call/ message from Gaana and they deducted 99 rs from my account without permission. I want refund otherwise will never use app again in my life as this is not less than a fraud.

                      I am ganna plus subscriber.
                      Whenver i download an album or a song, it starts showing in the download section
                      (Indicating that it has been downloaded) but when i click on it, the download symbol dissappears and it again start using data to play the song, and i get the icon of 'resume download'
                      When i click on 'resume' the same cycle happens again and nothing gets downloaded

                        Today i received a message from hdfc bank that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I made my payment through credit card. There is no subscription available at google play store also. It was without my concern. That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side. It is still showing as free user. Please look in to this.

                          This is regarding the gaana plus subscription without prior information and they have charged without any notification and with whom consent they charged for that and before that too. When I asked about refund they are not responding that's not ethically as well as morally correct. So I want the complete refund of that subscription charges. I do see that thing is happening to many of the other customers of that application too and that's not a way of doing business to anyone.

When i click on download button it shows the downloading percentage but it reaches 100% it does not get downloaded and shows a down arrow with a small circle.                                 Hi,

                                I subscribed to gaana plus yesterday by using promo coupon from flipkart and they took my credit card details for auto renewal, but i was shocked to see there was no option to terminate my subscription. Even after several emails and messages through their help chat no one responded. Moreover they blocked my emails saying that i have reached the maximum no. Of open messages. I want to cancel my gaana plus subscription along with my auto renewal through credit card asap. My registered email id is: [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue immediately. This is ridiculous service support from gaana. It's like cheating customers.

                                For the past few months these gaana crooks are charging rs. 99 every month and I try every possible method to cancel renewal but they never revert. Can any body from Gaana cancel my subscription and refund my money.

                                        Hi, gaana team charged the amount 399 rs. On 12th jan 2020. Without any advance renewal notification, there is no unsubscribe link in there app or website. Even i don't know how to turn off the renewal. I dont know how to remove my card for future auto renewal. Gaana them just saying enjoy your current subscription. I send several emails to turn off the renewal for next year but they replying just "enjoy your current subscription". What is this thy are stealing money. I just want to remove my credit card and dont want to deduct my money next year.
