Gaana.com — RS.499 got deducted from my account without any permission

As per Gaana policy, They must intimate me before auto deduction from my account however, I had not received any email or message regarding the same.

So, Requested to CONSUMER COMPLAINS TEAM, Kindly help to refund the 499 Rs which is deducted from my account automatically.
