HI, This is to inform that I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 from Mobile house sector-18 noida on[protected] and bought this gadgetcops insurance. The shopkeeper said that there would be unlimited services by gadgetcops and there would be free services but my phone's on/of button got damaged that's why I called gadgetcops on[protected] but when I got my screen broken now on[protected] and I called them again they said me that we give only 4 services in a gap of 6 months but in their terms and conditions they have clearly stated that only due to accidental and water damage they will give me 4 services but the first damage was not due to accident or water damage that was an internal damage this is really a fraud company now they said me that they cannot repair it before December 2014 I am really fed up now it's touch is also not working is here anybody to solve my problem an insurance means you will get your item repaired on any damage or complaint without any money their executive is shutting my call down so WTF now I will not buy a new phone for 3 months will I leave it for December and be without phone the said me to take paid services please help me. I purchased my mobile LUMIA 730 IMEI No.- [protected] from Spice HOT Spot on 25/10/2014 from Sahara mall Gurgaon. I was given an insurance plan along with it from the company Gadgetcops with protection plan HS1121286.

The above mobile phone while working skips from my hands and got damaged by water on 18.03.15. Since the set was under guarantee/warranty. so i called Gadgetcops customer care, they said that there executive will come within 48 hours to pickup the phone, but i was send this phone myself to their office and pay co-pay amount of Rs 950. After giving several telephonic reminders I got my mobile on 10/04/2015. but my mobile was not sense SIM card and automatically activate in flight mode. It was not working properly. I again complaint of this issue and they picked my Mobile on 17/04/2015 from my home.

I calling their customer care 50 to 60 times but everyday they tell me the same thing that tomorrow or day after tomorrow we will get your phone from the authorized customer care or my phone is getting delayed from Nokia Service Center. Now, about Two month is over and my phone is still with these cheaters, whereas they claim on their website and policy that customer will get his repaired device back within 7 working days.

Hence I requested you to look into this matter and do justice with us Sincerely,
