My name is dr. Suryanarayana prasad a n. From chennai. I purchased a samsung galaxy a9 pro from amazon.in on 21st september 2017. I visited gadget cops.in and selected a custom plan and paid premium of rs.680 (Receipt no gc-477861-[protected]. Transaction pg ref#[protected] transaction ag ref #[protected]) Plan is: custom plan Summary of plan selected What it covered Liquid damage Non repairable benefit Protection from fire accident Invoice value protection Theft by violent means Act of god Natural calamities Total price : rs. 680 Transaction is visible in my credit card statement as 25/09/2017 paygate india pvt ltd haryana in Inr 680.00 dr I selected the above policy because samsung had provided a never mind offer for onetime screen replacement. I tried contacting gadgetcops.in [protected] several times they asked to contact syncnscan [protected]. Even after several repeated attempts there was no polite reply or would get to an automatic call receiving system asking to record a message after the beep.in addition i had sent several emails to [protected]@gadgetcops.in and to [protected]@syncnscan.com (As per conversation with gadgetcops.in). Still not received any policy number by email for the custom plan I paid from gadgetcops website. Nearly 11 weeks and still no response from gadgetcops
