I gave them my phone on 8th of august as it has display issue, on 10th of august i told them to return phone as the repairing price was higher what i expected, so they returned my device on 11th of august, i was in meeting that time so i didn't pickup the phone and their executive left my phone with companies guard, i received it almost half an hour after that, the parcel was locked by gum and stapler's pin, i opened the parcel and recorded a video of that as i always do with any courier i receive.
The back panel was damaged, i told them about it and they refused that its not happened at their end, i told them to show me the cctv footage when my phone was repairing at their end but they were not agree but they told me in the beginning that we can show you if you want, we are very good at this, all the phones repair under cctv cameras, they don't want to see the video i recorded and not even showing me the video they recorded while repairing.
Even in the receipt which i have from their executive clearly mentioned that the back panel was ok when i handed my phone over to him.
I just want my phone's back panel changed or whatever they do, i want it in previous condition, or at least show me the proof that it was already damaged and not happened at their end.
