[Resolved] Galaxy It Hub — Ordered a projector Luxcine ptp300s | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I have a complain regarding one of a ebay seller his name is Hemant Kr. Owner of the Galaxy IT.Hub. This man is using the name of ebay to fool people and earn profit. I ordered a projector Luxcine ptp300s 3D costing me around Rs 12840 on 26/12/16 through ebay. In half an hour he called me that he can arrange this product in less price compared to ebay site, but need to transfer the amount with freight. Then in half an hour I transferred 9360 Rs through paytm to their colleague Mobile No. ([protected]) and give assurance to deliver the product in one week. After waiting of 2 weeks I called him back for the deliver, he excuses that something happened wrong in his company and again give assurance to deliver the product. The same I hear several times from him, 2 months after I threatened him to file an FIR if he is transferring my money back, from that day he is not picking my phone. I tried many times from other no. he picked up when he recognize me he cut the phone. Please help me to get my money back. May 25, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Now my problem is solved. I hope this kind of situation due to miscommunication will not happen in future.

hello everyone. i have the same problem with hamant bk of galaxy hub. i am going to take legal action against him. if you still facing the problem then pls contact me.

he has deliver the projector but not deliver the 3d glasses or not refunding the balance amount of ₹ 6800/-.
after taking some action aganist him. he deliver the projector and but not deliver the 5 3d glasses for which i paid extra amout of ₹6800/-.
now he is not picking the phone. block my number on whatsapp and not giving any response of massages.
i am going to give police complaint in local police station and then forward to higher level.
