Galaxy It Hub — Not refunding my money. | |||||
I have ordered an projector from ebay whose seller was galaxy it hub, mysore( ph.no-[protected] .the seller one day phone to me & said for another better product and to pay rs.8000 more. So he sent me the website to see thr better product & gave me his account no. I deposited the same on 3rd Nov.2016 but till now no product or no money from the seller is refunded. Ebay is not taking any responsible.How did the seller get my no. to contact me directly.who gave him my no? Ebay has given. So ebay is giving the seller chances to cheat the custmer.The seller is now not receiving my phone call.the seller Hemanth bk, galaxy it hub is a fraud seller.Ebay is also cheating me. he has deliver the projector but not deliver the 3d glasses or not refunding the balance amount of ₹ 6800/-.
after taking some action aganist him. he deliver the projector and but not deliver the 5 3d glasses for which i paid extra amout of ₹6800/-.
now he is not picking the phone. block my number on whatsapp and not giving any response of massages.
i am going to give police complaint in local police station and then forward to higher level.
if anyone want to contact me then pls contact at [protected].
