Hi, Even I was called many times to come and collect your gift and attend one hour session at Kurla Phoenix Market. After ignoring many times I felt into their trap and visited their office at Kurla on 24th June 2018. They will try to trap you into their fraudster marketing activities, even if you have 10, 000 INR they will beg you to pay that Amount. They keep promising that they will give free holidays, movies tickets, dinners, gym membership, Parlour vouchers, Imagica Vouchers, Banquet hall bookings and many more offers. They ask you to pay the amount and sign a fu..kng 100 rs stamp agreement. But ones you paid the amount and sign the contract and leave their office the next time they won't recognise you. I fell into their trap by paying around 40, 000 INR for 5 years plan. I tried to call them to make any bookings but they never pick the call and ones who picking keep telling different stories. we have similar complain like Sumit M has mentioned, we have paid 70 K for 5 year holiday at their Baner, Pune office, but now when we trying to book our holiday, came to know that office has shifted, thier customer care & sales people phone no. has been out of service, there is no reply from their customer care email id. we are quite worried for our money now.
we are waiting for few more day, otherwise will go for police complain. our Gallivant customer id is GI00575.
