When I play modern combat on 30 May then I have almost all guns unlocked (lava grinder, grinder, whisperer, vice, Lux atrena.etc.), I have more than 113k diamonds and approximately 800 eagle coins.I was of 140 level with a user name 'DARK LEGEND'.I have already bought all characters packs.But on 31 May my progress was reset and I lost everything I had once.And I was playing this game for 4 years.It is my request to you to make things right immediately.
I'll be waiting for your response.And i hope that you will find a solution.In attached photo you can see my achievements in 4 years

I recently read an Opera Question stating that asphalt 9 legends doesnt run on my phone even tho It had 4gb ram. The reply says that You Dont even need 4 gigs of ram but you also need a powerful processor. Like for example : (he mentioned a particular iPhone) and said that it had only 1 gb ram and it could still run the game. I have 2 phones one which has 3gb ram and another with 4gb ram. The phone with 3gb ram has a bit powerful processor (Meditek Helio P35) and the phone with 4gb ram had a processor of (Meditek Helio P22). The phone with 3gb ram has a powerful processor but doesn't run on that phone. Please fix it gameloft

So, I am having this advertisement glitch on Asphalt 8 Airborne where this advertisement keeps popping up, and I don't know how to get rid of it. It said 'Play this and get 5 tokens' There was in x in the top right corner of the screen, but I pressed it and nothing happened. It said 'Do you want to quit'? And I pressed yes, but nothing happened. I tried pressing no, but then the advertisement kept playing. I had to keep restarting my device because there was no other way to get rid of the advertisement after it popped up. Until this advertisement glitch gets fixed, I won't be able to play any more multiplayer races, time limited event races, or gauntlet races.

I am already in financial crises and being upset more after unfair & thieved deductions from my easyload on charge of Gameloft activated even opposed to my consent. So I need your professional support on my financial loss. Kindly send back that easyload amount Rs 11/- + Rs 29/- + Rs 14/- & others if any.

Hi every time i play multiplayer on asphalt 9 every driver on multiplayer keep on raming me for no reason and i am getting really sick and tired of it and can u report every single driver who uses multiplayer on asphalt 9 please because i have really had enough of those horrible and nasty drivers who keep on raming me for no reason. I have mailed several times to [protected]@gameloft.com they are not responding since 1 month. Very frustrating and pathetic service from Gameloft customer care.

The game is not connecting to the internet even though the PC is connected to the internet. Therefore it always stays offline and hence I can't login to any of the social platforms or even xbox.

I had a good progress going and one day the game just couldn't connect to the internet when I was playing a multiplayer race and it just crashed. When I opened it again, my progress had been erased and my credits and fusion coins were in negative.

After that it just didn't connect to the internet even though the connection was active and working for other apps. I tried erasing all data and even reinstalling it but it was of no use.

I have reinstalled the game about more than 20 times and the problem is the same.

Could you please look into this problem as soon as possible?

I have a problem regarding weapon camos received from the exotic boxes.
For the past two days I have opened 3-4 or more of exotic boxes and I have been geting camos which are not even in the game and the ones which are there they have not been unlocked. I have received a camo named 'Elderitch Onslaught' and many more which I don't think are in the game. I also got the 'Dragon Scale' camo from the exotic box but it is not unlocked in my customization menu. Please help me as I have put so much of credits in opening those exotic boxes...

Because countries all over the world are closed and people are at home, this is just a business opportunity. Use Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut to retain old players, develop new players, and make this game better.
