I am writing to sincerely apologize regarding the suspension of my Free Fire account (UID: [protected]). I recently discovered that my account was banned due to the use of third-party files. However, I want to respectfully explain that I did not personally use any unauthorized tools, hacks, or third-party applications.
My account was unfortunately compromised by someone else. After investigating, I believe the person who gained access to my account used third-party files without my knowledge, possibly as an act of revenge. I deeply regret not securing my account properly to prevent this situation from happening.
Free Fire means a lot to me, and I have invested significant time and effort into building my progress honestly. I fully understand Garena’s strict policies against cheating and third-party tools, and I completely support fair gameplay. I assure you that I have never intentionally violated the game rules and I am committed to following all policies moving forward.
I kindly request that you please review my case and reconsider the ban on my account. I am willing to provide any additional information necessary to support my appeal. I have now strengthened my account security to ensure this will never happen again.
