Garena — Account got hacked and they are not helping me get it back

On June 24, 2022, my Garena account got hacked by an unknown hacker. This hacker added his credentials in my Garena account: Phone Number, Real Life ID, and his Facebook Account.

Now due to this hacking activity, he is able to change my password and has taken control of my account. But I am not entirely locked out. My email address is still connected in my Garena account and this hacker has no access to it. With my email address I can still change my password back and so I can try to get in again.

this hacker changed a lot in my account and made it look like he owns it.

So i asked Garena Customer Service for help. They refused because of one ridiculous reason. Its because MY NAME DOESN'T MATCH THE REAL LIFE ID LINKED IN MY GARENA ACCOUNT.

I created my Garena account on December 2016, My account has been active for 5-6 years playing games and me buying in-game currencies for the same amount of time with my most active year when they released Call of Duty Mobile for Garena servers. For 3 years i have been spending a lot of money on their in-game currencies because of the sole reason that I enjoy it and I support the company.

Now my Garena Account never had any Real Life Credentials in it. Only my email address exists in my Garena account. Its the only linked credentials in my account until June 24, 2022 where a hacker got in.

Now I tried reasoning with Garena. I sent every proof especially the receipts of my purchases. Particularly my purchases for the last 3 years which was all spent on Call of Duty Mobile Garena. I even sent them my IP Address and all the information i can find just to prove I am the owner.

but no. They still choose to overlook every evidence I have JUST BECAUSE OF THAT REAL LIFE ID THAT THE HACKER LINKED IN MY ACCOUNT.

They keep telling me they can't help me because my name doesn't match that ID... BUT HOW AM I GONNA MATCH THAT ID WHEN ITS NOT EVEN MINE TO BEGIN WITH?!

Garena accounts have a "Sensitive Operation History" and a "Log-in History" for the past 28 days in it. It logs all of the IP addresses that logged into the account. It shows my IP Address and it also showed the suspicious new IP address that also showed that this new IP Address is the one that added new credentials in my account. The evidence is right there.

I showed them my IP address and it matches the IP address that has been logging in and out of my account for the past 28 days and they still refuse to believe that I AM NOT THE OWNER. ALL LOGIC AND EVIDENCE ALREADY STATES I OWN IT AND YET THEY STILL WANT TO STICK TO THAT STUPID ID THAT IS NOT EVEN MINE! THE HACKER CAN'T EVEN MATCH MY EMAIL ADDRESS!

My Email Address has been in my account for 6 years and the hacker credentials has been in my account. So clearly my email address owns the account right? and I own my email address so...? I OWN THE ACCOUNT RIGHT? BUT NOOOOOO THEY STILL REFUSE TO HELP ME! I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I HAVE SPENT LOTS OF MONEY TO GARENA FOR 6 YEARS I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS LYING DOWN. I WILL FIGHT FOR MY RIGHTS.
