I am writing to bring to your attention a severe issue I have encountered with the online game Free Fire Max, operated by the company Garena. Recently, my Free Fire account was unjustly banned permanently without any valid reason provided by the company.

I am an avid and fair player of Free Fire, and I have always adhered to the game's terms of service and fair play policies. On the day of the incident, I played the game using my account in the morning without any issues. However, when I later uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from the Play Store to play again, I was shocked to find that my account had been suspended.

I want to emphasize that I have never used any form of hacks or third-party applications to game so please I want to my unban free fire account
