Garena Customer care is not reachable nor helpful. Even though we can raise complaint but it is useless, they doesn't solve our queries and keep on asking for one or other thing and even after providing what is asked they ask for something else and at last will tell you sorry we can't help as you have not provided what has been asked of you. Due to their error I have lost 3500+ diamonds which cost approx ₹3000-₹3500
and they ain't doing a single thing.Before also I have raised many complains but not got solved even after providing transaction id to screenshots.
So please look after it and solve my issue.
