My son aged 11 was using free fire game from last 3 months. He was using my phone and paid around 66, 000 trough my bank balance on this game. I am a patient of severe skin disease and needs this money for treatment of this. My child is minor of aged 12 and does not understand the situation of our home. Please help us to get our money back.

And in every next update you are decreasing its ability and now it's abilities was of no use .

It was your wrong policy that you bring a character for diamonds because of it's good ability and when we purchased it you(Garena ) decrease it's ability
