I recently buy the lucky crate item which you can get 20x Project Capsule with amount of 7500RP. The problem is the status it say fail but my RP already deduct. I go complain to customer support, for 24 hour still did not reply my problem. Such incompetence. They scam their own consumer. No need for outsider to do for them. Just a minor problem but still cannot solve, better RIOT take over Garena in handling LOL SEA server

I have a problem with negative diamonds. Suddenly i got diamond restriction after a match. I didn't make any refund or purchase. I am very disappointed to never play Free fire😭.
