    Hello garena!My ingame uid is[protected] and nickname is D X E M O N.Before 4 i purchased weekly membership subscription.Then i pay the money through google play store.l didn't receive the weekly membership.Then i went to customer services and then i search payment refund.Due to some problems i cannot get the screenshot of my payment.And then i submit the details incompletly.And 2 Month at around i received violatation notice and negative diamond 10276.1 cannot topup diamond.And there is not my mistake.l cannot play game after restriction.I have purchased monthly membership. i can't claim the diamonds of monthly membership.So please i request you to solve this problem very quickly.Or you can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com for any issues.

        Negative diamonds issue without any refund

            After lots of complaints on site of garena they r nt solve the problem I request that this app also ban in India there customer satisfaction level is only 2% so why authority allow such coustomer unsupported apps
