Hi Garena. My January 2021 EP Badges are missing. I got about 380 - 390 Badges. Till Yesterday Night it was there. Today when February 2021 started I went to my profile to check my badges and it is missing. Feb 21 Badges are shown. Dec 2020 badges are shown but Jan 2020 Badges are not show.                 Hello garena!My ingame uid is[protected] and nickname is D X E M O N.Before 4 i purchased weekly membership subscription.Then i pay the money through google play store.l didn't receive the weekly membership.Then i went to customer services and then i search payment refund.Due to some problems i cannot get the screenshot of my payment.And then i submit the details incompletly.And 2 Month at around i received violatation notice and negative diamond 10276.1 cannot topup diamond.And there is not my mistake.l cannot play game after restriction.I have purchased monthly membership. i can't claim the diamonds of monthly membership.So please i request you to solve this problem very quickly.Or you can mail me at [protected]@gmail.com for any issues.

                        After lots of complaints on site of garena they r nt solve the problem I request that this app also ban in India there customer satisfaction level is only 2% so why authority allow such coustomer unsupported apps
