Yesterday FFIC Tournament was conducted in the Indian Server and they promised to Give code from which we can redeem rewards.But I am not able to redeem the reward as the website (reward.ff, garena.com) is not opening and I am not able to redeem the reward.Please look into the matter and help me Please.

Dear garena, my free fire account has been suspended recently without any reason. I sware that i have not used any hack or third party application to cheat in game. My id is just suspended because of game turbo that is by default installed in our mobile. It is basically a system application. I have spent a lot of money on my account and there are a lot of afforts on my id. Please review my account once again and recover my account as soon as possible. If garena have proof so show me. I can’t login in my free fire game. It shows there are abnormal activities in my account and it suspended.
I want to ensure you that I had never use any hacking in my game Play. I played from bluestacks mostly & IPhone 6s from the beginning of my game play. In bluestacks there are option to use different mobile phone configuration (e.g. in setting under advanced device profile section I can choose Asus rog 2, google pixel 2xl, Oneplus 3T, one plus 5, Samsung Galaxy s 10, Samsung Galaxy s8 plus, Xperia xz).From that setting I try different device predefined configuration only while my PING in the game shows high. I trying this for long time.
As it is under the bluestacks I use this feature. I believe this is not hacking. If Garena or Free Fire authority thinks that it’s under third party or any hacking, I apologies for this. Please pardon me.
