I top up 200 diamonds but the amount got deducted but I did not got the diamonds in my account...

Yesterday on 24th of july 2020, i top uped 299 diamond for the first time through the special air drop. I had top uped successfully but the main reason is that i was not able to claim joseph and death's backpack which are events for current time.

I wanted to say is that i am not able to claim joseph and death's backpack, even after the top up.

Please see this concern and hope you will resolve...
