Garena — Ban appeal

I have followed all the terms and conditions of Garena Free Fire. I have never used any hack tool and app in this id "Your FF Id" nor have I given access to my id to anyone, yet my id has been banned, on ( 27 August 2023) which I am very sad about. Please recheck my id as I have not used any kind of hack tool or illegal act with this id.
